Axel's Special is called War Wheel. When you activate War Wheel mode Axel's tires contract creating a giant wheeled tank for the driver.
War Wheel mode lasts for 10 seconds. While in War Wheel mode the first vehicle you run over will take 70 Damage. Each successive vehicle that you roll over while in a single activation of War Wheel will take an addition 10 Damage plus the base 70 Damage.
